DESCRIPTION:Baritone Stephen Swanson and pianist Ann DuHamel will perform "Winterreise" (Winter Journey)\, a song cycle for voice and piano by Franz Schubert.\n\nSwanson is a concert and opera singer\, a teacher of singing\, and opera stage director. He earned degrees from North Park Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø and Northwestern University. In 1994 he joined the voice faculty at the University of Iowa and has since become an active recitalist.&nbsp\;\n\nDuHamel is an assistant professor at Iowa. She has a DMA from Iowa in piano performance and pedagogy\, a master's from the University of Notre Dame and B.A. from the&nbsp\;Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø of St. Benedict/St. John¡¯s University.&nbsp\;\n
