DESCRIPTION:The Jenny Lind Vocal Ensemble\,&nbsp\;a select treble ensemble\, and the Concert Chorale\, a mixed ensemble\, will perform.\n\nThey will be joined by the Webster Vocal Competition winners and the Academic Chorus\, a mixed ensemble that incorporates student conductors and faculty mentors.\n\nThe Jenny Lind Vocal Ensemble pieces are called "Elements of Humanity."&nbsp\;Each of the four songs represents one of nature's elements: fire\, weather\, earth\, and air. But the meaning of each song goes much deeper as poets and composers explore what it means to live within the world\, our communities\, and ourselves.\n\nThe 65-member Concert Chorale's selections will include "Hands are Knockin" by Kyle Pederson. The composer said the piece is "intended to reinforce the universality of the message which is an invitation to all to open our minds\, hearts\, and hands to each other."&nbsp\;\n
