"V?ffeldagen" in Swedish (or "Waffle Day") is a fun mispronunciation of the original name a great excuse for Swedes to eat waffles\, and call it a holiday! Let¡¯s honor our Swedish friends by eating v?fflor on v?ffeldagen.
