On Oct. 2-3, Phi Beta Kappa Visiting Scholar Dr. Corey D.B. Walker of Wake Forest University will present a public lecture, take part in class and seminar discussions, and meet informally with students and faculty.

The Student Life Programming Board will host Safari Bingo, one of the most popular events at Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø. Players have a chance to win $500 cash and Augie merch from the bookstore. Free drinks and candy provided.
Augie Acres apple harvesting
Help the Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Local Agricultural Society harvest apples and peaches at Augie Acres. Produce will be donated to the NEST Cafe, a pay-what-you-can restaurant in Rock Island.
Free testing and safe sex education
The Project Of The Quad Cities will provide access to free testing and safe sex products from 3-5 p.m. Presented by by the Office of Student Inclusion and Diversity and the Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies department.
