Quad-Cities residents asked to complete bike safety survey

Unearthing students' love for geology
Four Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø students have hit the ground running with their summer geology internships. Projects include studying the formation and evolution of ancient mountain belts, paleontology research, studying geological maps in zinc mines and installing seismometers for earthquake detection.

Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø recognized 624 candidates for graduation, representing 20 countries and 24 U.S. states, on Saturday. Nelly Cheboi '16, CNN Hero of the Year and co-founder of TechLit Africa, presented the commencement address.

Loiz ¡¯23 is All-American in first year of competing
High jumper Gabriela Loiz '23 earned All-American status at the NCAA DIII Outdoor National Championships in Rochester, N.Y. She is Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø's first women's All-American in the high jump since 1997.
