Pride in Memory reception
Quad Cities Pride in Memory will host a reception in honor of its first display of local LGBTQ historical artifacts. Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø students involved in the project will answer questions.

On Wednesday, Oct. 12, during Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø¡¯s Symposium Day: Civil Discourse, PEN America will present a keynote address and workshop on why free expression matters globally, nationally and on college campuses, especially during an election season.

To celebrate the inauguration of Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø President Andrea Talentino, 7th Avenue will be closed from Centennial Hall to the Lindberg Center for a post-ceremony Street Party Oct. 15.
