The Moline native and 1985 Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø graduate became the newest member of the Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Police Department.

Items donated will benefit The Salvation Army and Closet2Closet,a local nonprofit that distributes clothing to youth in foster care. The organization was founded 10 years ago by Dr. Allison Haskill, Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø professor of communication sciences and disorders.
Phi Beta Kappa chapter elects members from the Class of 2024
Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø's Zeta of Illinois chapter of Phi Beta Kappa elected 46 senior students to membership. Members are chosen for their academic achievements and demonstrated commitment to the ideals of a liberal arts education.

The 500 candidates for graduates represent 68 majors, 19 states and 20 countries at the college¡¯s 164th annual convocation.

The master plan will be used to guide future planning at the more than century-old park. City of Rock Island leaders said they will use the plan information to apply for a state-funded Open Space Lands Acquisition & Development Grant.
